Shit Show
Happy New Year!
The past 7 days have been the THE worst. Ranging from RSV, Norovirus and mopping up literal pools of shit, to going to new places and challenging the agoraphobia demons. I even... SOCIALIZED. DUN DUN DUN!!!!!! Just it has been a lot. Fortunately things look to be on the upswing (KNOCK ON WOOD!!!) minus a mysterious sickness the old woman I'm living with has. In other news... I swear I am working on this new page, it is just taking me forever because I am a perfectionist! I made a really cool logo yesterday that I am pretty proud of, so... there's that! I also finished Blindsight by Peter Watts and it has left me with a newly found layer of existential dread- and here I thought I covered them all.
Looking forward to this year no matter what shit show the universe tries to entertain itself with. We persist. My mental health has been ok so far this month despite everything. Though I think its probably because I haven't be able to focus on myself at all. Pros and Cons I suppose.
